What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

It is kind of the same as I mentioned earlier. I thought the professor was a nice person, but she did not seem to organize it well. I felt that we did not do enough discussions as a class and we should have practiced the language more.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

I already explained them.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I enjoyed being in a hostel setting where there were many types of other people.

* Food:

I loved the varity of food.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

It was nice to socialize with other students and people.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

Everyone was pretty healthy.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? No

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? I thought most of it was payed for especially the meals so I was upset with all the money I had to put out.

Language

How would you rate your language skills at the beginning of the program? None
Language acquisition improvement?

We did not pratice that much with language, but I did learn and understand ,ore things better from actually be surrounded by it.
