I learned so much more about China's History and Business culture than I could have from books alone. It was one of the best choices I have ever made.

Everything was taken care of before we arrived, it made the trip fun and easy.

* Housing:

* Food:

The group meals were the best. We were able to try classical dishes from many places.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

I felt very comfortable in China, many people were happy to help if the group was looking for cultural places/events.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

I felt safe walking at night with another person, it's nice to have a second person so that way you can get through language barriers together.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

I spent a little over $150 in two weeks on food. I also chose to go to some nicer places and some cheaper places, it depends on what you want to eat.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Local convenient stores often have cheaper food than stores near big tourist destinations.
