What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned a lot about Irish culture, regional politics, the Celtic tiger, and the relationship between economy and immigration.

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The program wasn't particularly rigorous in a technical, academic way. With that said, it offered a qualitative cultural experience.

On-site administration of your program

The onsite administrators were NYU professors and admins. They were great

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

The lodging was incredible. Generous rooms, safe campus, incredible location. Cannot be beat. Steeped in history, too

* Food:

Trinity's food left something to be desired

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Fantastic cultural experiences, and friends made for life.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I did not have any issues, but I did not have concerns, should I have gotten ill.

* Safety:

Very safe, from my standpoint. As a city with a vibrant bar scene, the usual precautions need to be made.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

It was expensive.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Take advantage of the campus bar, which is subsidized.
