About

The NY Arts Program is a college and post-bac level academic and experiential semester combining internships and seminars in Performing Arts, Media Arts, Visual Arts, Writing & Publishing, and Arts Administration. The NYC Semester in the Arts and Creative Industries is focused on preparing students to participate professionally in an expanding creative sector that is interdisciplinary, networked, and influenced by global cultural dynamics. The program combs credit-bearing internships, seminars, a professional development curriculum, and individual advising, to help students build a path and hone the inventive, problem-solving and collaborative skills that sustain creativity where ever that path leads them.  Students are actively engaged in and reap the personal and education benefits of our diverse and socially dynamic location in NYC.
