About

Boost your knowledge on international business and management communications and apply it on real business cases and negotiation settings! How do companies such as Wal-Mart and Coca-Cola manage cross-border and cross-cultural business activities? How did Volkswagen react to the ‘dieselgate’ crisis and why did it choose its crisis communication strategy? Why do some companies (not) go global and how do these enterprises manage internationalization? The remote summer course “Management Practices and Corporate Communications in a Global Environment” answers these questions from August 2 - 21, 2021. Participants do not only learn about international business and international as well as intercultural management theoretically but also apply their knowledge on real business cases and negotiation simulations. Upon successful application, participants will be able to apply theoretical concepts on real world cases, develop negotiation skills, and receive 6 ECTS credits for their performance.
