Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

It was a great experience studying in KU!! The classes are not very easy, but really corresponding to Brandeis study.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

All the people on campus are outgoing and very willing to help us.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I lived in the Frontier House, which is a latest built apartment. All the facilities are very new.

* Food:

I have to say the food is not bad in KU, but I didn't get used to kimchi....

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

All my classmate in class are outgoing and they are just as interested in the Korean culture as I am. We explored the culture together.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I didn't has a chance to try its health care system, but I heard from my Korea friends that the system is pretty good.

* Safety:

The campus is kind of in the downtown of Seoul, so I feel the people around campus are all nice and welcoming.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Comparing to the dining in the states, dining in Korea is a little bit more expensive.
