* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I could know more about the overall Korean food culture and preferences before going on this program. I had no idea that Korea is actually a meat-heavy place before attending the program while I am not a huge fan of meat. It took me a while to look for places that offer vegetarian choices.
