Just always be cautious of anything suspicious, but don't let it hold you back from doing fun things in a new country. Everything will be different than what you're used to. Be street smart and keep an eye on your personal belongings. Do not give money to anybody that asks unless it's a close friend. |
| If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
Because I learned quick and became comfortable and independent in the city quick. I could navigate and talk to anybody if needed. |

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Learn how to negotiate, and never take the first price given unless they have a price list. Which rarely happens. |
