I gained a cultural outlook, and understanding that I could have never received staying at home.

The program was well planned out, intellectually challenging, and allowed adequate time to explore.

On-site administration of your program

The administration was well done, Hatakeyama- sensei performs well under pressure, and never ceased to add fun to some of the hardest moments of the trip.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

depending on ones preference this can be good or bad, I personally enjoy more supportive mattresses, if that can give an idea of living conditions.

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

The host stay instantly gave it four of the five starts

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

A bug was going around, which was handled well but not perfect.

* Safety:

we as a group agreed that we could walk around at night alone, nobody would bother you, no matter your gender or ethnicity.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

The program was handled well, and the country is one everyone should go to at least once


* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)
