KIIS: Salzburg - Experience Salzburg (Summer)

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
The European lifestyle is also much more relaxed and life-focused, rather than job-focused in the US. Transportation is substantially easier because of the abundance of metro and tram lines in so many places. Overall, life in Europe seems more enjoyable and cheap compared to the US.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? There are often student discounts, just ask if any place does that kind of thing. Also, go to a bank in the US before traveling that will exchange USD for the currency of the country you are traveling to-- banks usually do not have a fee for it. That way you have cash when you arrive at your destination.

The Avid Adventurer
The wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal.
