I believe that study abroad was worth it. I loved that i was able to travel, eat all the local foods, meet new people, and make great memories. Aix-en-Provence is a small, classically Provencal town, famous for being home to Paul Cezanne and Émile Zola. Students wishing to take courses in the sciences travel to the Marseille campus. For those who want to focus on French language and culture, the Institut d’Études Françaises pour Étudiants Étrangers (IEFEE) provides courses beginning at the intermediate level.
