Overall, the program was worthwhile! I made new friends, learned a new language and culture. I also explored one of the seven wonders of the world!

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? ¥ 75-150 depending on the type of restaurant
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Tips if you are wanting to buy from the silk market know the prices, for example jeans should be ¥70-100 if you can get them at a lower price good for you! Things can be very cheap, but make sure you don't spend all your money on the first weeks.
