The teachers were good and the classes were small. They continually pushed me and helped me greatly improve my Chinese. There was a lot of conversation in class and we learned things that we could use in the real world not just random phrases. |

INTO China organized everything and made it go smoothly. They had other college students that were actually studying in Dongbei available if we ever needed anything at all. Into exceeded all my expectations. |

Walking on the great wall and inside the forbidden city are memories that i will keep with me for my lifetime. |

I had to use Chinese every day for almost everything. Only a few people could speak English but those that could were extremely helpful. The best way to improve language skills is just to talk to people. There were always people willing to talk to foreigners. |

| * What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | China is the largest country in the world and has the second largest GDP. It's influence will continue to grow. As students we need to recognize that fact and prepare for it. The best way to do that is completely immerse yourself in China like this program does. |
