What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
My eyes have seen parts of the world I thought I would never get to explore! I am much more open to new cultures and new experiences. I've learned that I can be independent and successful in a new environment, and that getting to know people from different parts of the world can be enlightening and fascinating!
