It was most definitely worthwhile. I gained a greater world view and much more independence, all while taking classes and researching in another language. I understand myself a lot better now and know what I can and can't handle.

I think that my overall educational experience was amazing, although the disorganization of the entire university system at times proved difficult. |

The program administrators really cared about the students and their progress and were readily available with any problem one might have had. |

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
I lived in an apartment in the Recoleta neighborhood with a host mother and two host sisters. <br /><br /> I loved my location because I was literally on top of the subway line and my host family was amazing. I was fairly close to my classes and nightlife could be reached bu utilizing the bus system. |

Every meal was cooked by the maid and I was always fed enough. |

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | The exchange rate is good, but it adds up quickly. Try not to take taxis and utilize public transportation. |
