What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained work experience through my internship and a better understanding of networking with international colleagues. I also learned to become more independent and understanding of those different than me.

Apartments were very simple, super close to campus

So many places to eat on King Street right near the village!

Aussies are warm and welcoming - very easy to get used to life down under!

extremely safe!!

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Study abroad was an amazing experience! I made heaps of new friends, saw tons of new counties and felt fully immersed in the culture. There was never a dull moment! Aussies are friendly and always willing to help - they love showing off their country. The Uni offered an internship program and I really enjoyed my time working and connecting with professionals from a different country. I have nothing but positive memories of my time abroad!

Finances

Sydney is very expensive, be prepared to spend a lot.
