Although people made the program aware of their food restrictions, specifically vegetarians many of the host families were unable to accommodate or were oblivious to their restrictions, though some of this was do to the food culture that primarily revolves around meat. |

| Comments: | The class was quite unrelated to the community service learning projects we were engaged in. Although some of the course materials were interesting there was little to no cohesion between course materials and the out of class activities. |
