How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

It was safe. However, it was far from everything including class and nightlife. My roommate didn't like to interact and was very private. There was no internet access. She started hiding her pots and pans at some point during the semester and kept her microwave in her room.

* Food:

eat at the Mensa and cook. Eating out is pricey for the quality that you get.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes


* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? It really depends on how much you want to travel.

I used it in everyday interactions and in some smaller classes. Most people spoke English, but my roommate didn't. I, however, did not see my roommate very often. I used it the most in a German bible study I was in.
