It was so worthwhile. I learned to navigate through the big city. Was able to visit London, England during the stay.

I wanted to go abroad and the other option for going abroad in the time frame was cancelled due to lack of enrollment.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Always have paper monies/cash on you, but not too much. Do light souvenir shopping throughout, and wait to get family stuff until last day.

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?
  • The diversity of places we visited.
  • Meeting new people-Ireland people are most friendly.
  • Felt safe with my group. Pretrip stuff help get to know who I was going with.
* What could be improved?
  • The structure of the day. Very rigid!
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I knew how much walking we were going to do. Blistered are horrible to walk with. Be prepared.
