wish there had been more opportunities to talk about the anti-woman culture of italy and how it impacts self esteem

The ECCo doctor is out of date, giving info to students that CONTRADICTS CDC and FDA recommendation on topics ranging from birth control to tick removal.

  • one professor in particular, ivan tassi, who was an amazingly passionate teacher
  • the small trips we did to lesser known cities
* What could be improved?
  • prep for sexual aggressiveness/anti-american sentiment
  • GETTING A NEW DOCTOR even if english is a second language
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? how to have a conversation in italian about flirting, food, hair and makeup, jean shopping--all that stuff you don't talk about in class!
