It was very worthwhile. But if I had to do it again, I would choose a different program.

It was incredibly difficult adjusting to the Spanish education system

The office seemed a little understaffed. There were far too many students for the office to deal with.

Grocery shopping was very easy and eating out was not very expensive

I wish the program would have provide more cultural trips/ excursions

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

The city was very safe. Almost not crime at all

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Traveling expenses add up. Living in Madrid is not very expensive itself
