What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
very worth while. I wish I went in the fall and spent a full year in Prague. It is an amazing, affordable city.

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I lived in the downtown, historical section of Prague with two other american students and one czech student. Having a czech roommate was SO helpful with everyday living. Our apartment was so much nicer than I anticipated. I lived in Praha 1 in the neighborhood behing the National theater. <br /><br />

* Food:

food, even in tesco, is very cheap. It is very easy to find places to eat even when you are a vegitarian.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Use skype as much as possible to communicate to people in our program. the Voda or t-mobile phones add up and become expensive
