Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The work load prior to production was fairly low. But during product we were very busy, almost rushed at times, which proved an interesting counter-balance.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

High accessibility. Moderate ability to help students with concerns. High knowledge of host country. Low program size which was good. I didn't have expectations so I was generally pleased overall.

* Food:

I was pretty satisfied with the food. If I missed anything from home I could usually just cook it.

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? all of the costs were pretty reasonable.

How would you rate your language skills at the beginning of the program? None

I used the Czech that I learned everyday, although a fair amount of the population that I dealt with spoke some English. I could practice with roommates.
