What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned a lot of great mathematics and differences from America to Europe. It was very worthwhile. If one is majoring in math and has the time and money, they should do this program without any doubt!

I messed up in my housing choice. To me it wasn't clear that you could live with a family and with another study abroad student, which would have been the option I would have taken. Otherwise, good.

Pickpockets and thefts do happen, (happened to me). Just be careful

It was a month long "crash course" before that I took that I didn't absorb very well.

A Look Back

  • Would have preferred a smaller commute, but that's understandable
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? Again, I wish I would have known you could have lived with both a family and a fellow student. I feel that I missed out on some of the immersion by only living with a fellow student.
