Study Away and Internship Programs in New York City

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
The EiAbroad program was all that I could have hoped for as I was looking to gain work experience to add to my resume and also experience the city. There were challenges at my internship, but that is to be expected. The apartment was very nice, I shared a room but with an awesome person who I am now besties with :)
