Study abroad in Malaysia, in one of the best universities in the country, in the exciting capital city of Kuala Lumpur. Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and the thrilling metropolitan area of KL offer a great environment for a study abroad semester or two that is both academically vigorous and culturally engaging.
UPM is one of the elite universities in Malaysia. Its educational tradition is based on the Oxbridge model and, thus, the curriculum is taught entirely in English. Students have hundreds of courses to choose from and can earn up to 20 U.S. credits (30 ECTS credits) per semester.
Student have the option of either staying at the university dorms on campus, or rent their own place in the city. The living costs in Malaysia are very low and even luxurious apartments with pools and gyms are available at student budgets.
