What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned how to be self-reliant while traveling around a foreign country. I learned about other cultures I hadn't experienced before. It was definitely worthwhile!

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The classes at City University were a hit or miss- I had one great one and one terrible one. They involved minimal time in class, though, which was nice since the college was far away from where I lived.

Arcadia has a lot of organizational issues, caused mostly by their high staff turnover. Everyone was very friendly.

Great location (Redcliffe Gardens), but several maintenance issues.

The wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal.
