The apartment said it had air conditioning and two bathrooms and only one bathroom worked and the air never got to work

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Don't eat on restaurants, they are expensive and charge you for service, just eat there once in a while, but the cafeteria of the school is pretty good and cheap =)
