Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

I really learned a lot from my teacher. Before with French I would just learn the information and she made it make sense. Workload wasn't too heavy but I still feel like I learned a ton. Longer classes less frequent.

i wasnt really in to hanging out with the program and the leaders seemed to hold it against me

loved the food! ate at cafeteria once and I decided I would be happier cooking for myself or eating out

made great friends with a few people in group

felt very safe...never had to go to the dr

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? the metro does not run late at night so you need cab money- i never thought of that
