Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

I learned a wealth of knowledge given the time I had in Italy. Most of the experience was made out side of the classroom.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

They were attentive when we called.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

We were very close to everything the city had to offer.

* Food:

I wish some foods were included.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Expensive but so culturally rich.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

I felt safe. I was also not naive.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? Atleast $8000 a month.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Budget ahead of time! Think about all the places you want to go and plan. Ask your parents to help with groceries.

Language

Language acquisition improvement?

Getting out and meeting people definitely helped in developing my language skills.
