What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Absolutely! i cant really explain what all i got form it other then i know i have grown as a person; all in positive ways. I think it is different for each person, and you just really need to experience for yourself to really understand.

All the AIFS staff in Prague were amazing! So friendly, helpful, and just always there for EVERYTHING!

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Housing was in the best location, for transportation all over Prague. The dorms werent the nicest, but they werent horrible.

* Food:

The food is really heavy and sounds weird when you read whats in it, but you just have to try it. you will fall in love! such great food!

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? The thing i spend the most money on was traveling. Everything else was a lot cheaper then i expected. you really just have to be smart and watch you money spending. also remember you dont have to travel if you dont have the money. there is so much to do in every place you live. if you dont have the money dont travel.

Anyone! Yes i did have to use the language every day, although a lot of people spoke English i used Czech as much as i could. They liked it better that way.
