I learned how to truly student independently (i.e., without office hours, student tutors, tons of unstructured time) and take advantage of an institution's resources.

It would have been useful to know which GP to sign up with before the program (and the delays with NHS) so we could register in time for arrival.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I had a better idea about what tutorials I could take. During the application process, I couldn't find a list of options (nor the tutors potentially teaching them). This is particularly useful information since we didn't have the flexibility to change our tutorials after arrival.
