What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
It was definitely worthwhile. Although I only spent a short amount of time here, I had a really enjoyable experience.

There was a lot of writing but not very much classroom time- it was quite independent academically.

Finances

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

It depends on how much you travel - food can be found for inexpensive prices, but if you plan on travelling to other parts of the country those expenses will be higher.
