What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained the ability to be more adaptable because things will go wrong but that doesn't mean that you won't get a meaningful experience out of it. I learned that there are many more good and trustworthy people out there in the world than there are bad.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

The pound has a terrible exchange rate with the dollar.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? $75
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Try to do group meals when you can. It's both fun and money saving. Try to spend your money on experiences and not just "stuff;" it's much more rewarding.
