I learned a lot about myself, how I relate to the world, and how my position as an American fits into the big picture. I also feel I understand the roots of American culture and outlook better. Yes, it was worthwhile.

Brilliant location. Ample resources. Kind of a pain to be on the fifth floor, and to not have any laundry on-site! |

We had no food as a group. The food in the area was fairly affordable, and the facilities for preparation were sufficient. |

How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
Not all that integrated. Much of what we did as a group focused on the tourist attractions, and we didn't have a lot of deep exposure to local people. |
