Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Primarily tests, little homework, big projects

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

I loved the staff :)

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

We lived inside "the walls" in an apartment building that was the tallest inside the walls. It used to be an old jail house and in the basement you can still see the three jails cells. I lived with three other girls, and it was a two bedroom apartment. It was a great apartment but lacked the personality the other apartment options had.

* Food:

AMAZING! The food was soooo good, I want to go back to just eat the food!

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

I loved the field trips we went on. We had some great immersion activities as well. I loved the trips that my friends and I went on (Around Italy, Denmark, Belguim, Greece, Spain, Holland, Czech Republic, England, and Ireland) Amazing experience!

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Language

* Did your program have a foreign language component? Yes
Language acquisition improvement?

Most people in Viterbo only speak Italian. Few spoke english. Italian class was two hours a day for three days.
