it definitely was!!

Personal Information

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Stimulating courses, definitely not as rigorous as wellesley

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

VERY bureaucratic! and strict about following their rules , even if they make no sense

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

University housing is very expensive for what it is. Stay away from Queen Mary building if you can. also, arranging the housing is confusing and anxiety inducing as you have to "apply" for housing and you really are not guaranteed a place in the more decent dorms.

* Food:

provided my own!

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

i made some silly decisions that "spoiled" my time in Sydney

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

sydney is an expensive city

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? this is personal information
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Yes! Take public transport and utilize happy hour
