What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
It was absolutely worthwhile - I feel like I'm a much more competent and confidant person for having studied abroad.

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Wasn't a fan of the huge lecture sizes, but that comes with a major university like USyd.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

There wasn't really much support overall

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I figured out my own housing (off campus at Urbanest) but I loved it

* Food:

N/A

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

A bit - I made friends in classes and around town

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

Uni health was AMAZING when I had a horrible sinus infection - so helpful

* Safety:

I always felt super safe in Sydney. I left my phone in a cab once, and my driver BROUGHT IT BACK TO ME

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Sydney is definitely an expensive city

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? ~$300?
