It was completely worthwhile. I learned a lot about myself and I was able to make a lot of friends and have fun in the process. I was able to learn about the different teaching styles that Sussex offers and I explored England and Europe as much as I could. If I had the opportunity again, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
I lived in Northfield. It was really nice and the living room/kitchen area was spacious but it is farther away from campus than the rest of the dorms. The rooms were en-suite and a bit small but it was certainly the nicest flat in Sussex. |

I didn't eat on campus much but the food in Brighton is pretty good. |

It was hard living on a student's budget. Luckily I saved up for a long time, but it was expensive. |

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | If you plan on going into town a lot(which I highly recommend) then by a bus pass. If you also plan on traveling around England buy a 16-25 Student railcard for the train. It saves you a lot of money. |
