University of St. Andrews: St. Andrews - Direct Enrollment & Exchange

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Most definitely. It basically fit exactly what I expected, academically, socially, and in all other respects. It's definitely widened my perspective a bit more, made me want to travel, and possibly study/live in the UK in the future.

Individual Course Reviews

Course Name/Rating:

Shakespeare and Film

Course Department: English 4404
Instructor: A D Murphy
Instruction Language: English
Comments: The professor was definitely very knowledgeable, kept class discussions interesting and continuous. It was definitely more enlightening studying Shakespeare in the UK. I participated in class probably a bit more, mostly because the class size was smaller and I found talking about the media a bit easier. The class, however, was of manageable difficulty. It really got us thinking about the nature of authorship and language, and how it translates into today's culture.
Credit Transfer Issues: None that I know of as of yet.
