What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned a lot about myself and the culture I was immersed in. I had taken numerous Italian classes prior to going so I got the opportunity to really use and perfect my language skills. it was an eye opening and worthwhile experience.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I knew more about the living situations we were to be housed in. We had a very bad location right above a bar and on a busy street, which made sleeping difficult.
