What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Not only did I learn under a different teaching style, I also got to experience cultures different by interacting with locals. Travelling around Europe was also extremely convenient, and traveling became part of the highlights of my abroad experience as well.

I got exposed to a completely different teaching style as well as culture in general. I grew to love the atmosphere and would not hesitate to do it all over again.

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?
  • The tutorials with a tutor and a minimal group of students.
  • Experiencing new culture, food, and traditions.
  • Traveling opportunities made easy by trains.

  • The availability and how to make use of local resources, such as setting up bank accounts and rail cards.
  • Introducing the culture of the university beforehand, such as preparing gowns and dresses for college formals.
  • What is expected from visiting students: what kind of work and schedule should they expect?
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I knew that there is no need to pack everything and bring it to the program since there are abundant local resources. I also wish that I knew the character, intensity, and frequency of occasions that would require formal wear before coming to the program so I could better prepare for them.
