What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I have gained a better understanding of Greek history and the culture not just from ancient times, but modern as well. I really liked that we didn't just focus on one time period.

The course was amazing. My favorite part was standing in the places that we were learning about. It made the learning much easier and more fun.

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?
  • I loved actually seeing what we we're studying in real life.
  • The friends that I made while on this trip will be people that I keep in touch with for the rest of my life.
* What could be improved?
  • More screening for compatiblity with the students. One student was not a "group" kind of person and that was really annoying to the rest of us.
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish that I had known more of the native language.
