What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
This expereince was worth every minute! I learned alot, I think the most important things I learned were being patient, and not worrying so much. With both of those I finally stopped getting stressed out about things not going according to plan. I finally got the mentality that everything works out in the end. I gave the overall satisfaction five globes because there really was nothing about the program I didn't like. Everyone was very helpful and caring. I felt at home and safe in a completely different country than my own. I find that very rewarding. This experience abroad gave me what I call the travel bug. I want to go back and visit all of my friends I have made around the world. I want to help other students work toward this amazing expereience. I think everyone should go abroad atleast once! This program has kind of altered my plans in school, I would like to maybe teach art in a different county.

A Look Back

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? Don't freak out when somthing is not going acording to plan, everything ends up working out, being patient is the key. I honestly think any study who wants to travel, meet interesting people, and be in a totally different learning environment would benifit. I think the person has to be open and free, and willingly and knowingly that the experience will change them!
