What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
This experience was fantastic and I would not want to miss it. It was in many ways completely different from my home university, which is an aspect I truly enjoyed.

I did not have to use my health care and cannot comment.

Cape Town can be a dangerous city (as most big cities around the world). Following a few simple rules will keep you safe 99% of the time.
