Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

On-site administration of your program

I feel like the culture is so different in Botswana that Americans can easily be overwhelmed. The education system there is westernized, but the faculty who was helping us tended not to get things done unless we were right in front of her.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

apartment style dorms were great!

* Food:

Very very bland food, and not the best for vegetarians

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

I wish we had had more tine to experience the night life

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

Healthcare wasn't the best, but the nurses at the University hospital were amazing!

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? No

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)
