What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned a lot about myself as an individual living independently in London. Having to integrate into a new country and culture wasn't always easy but it was so worthwhile because I could clearly see the new friendships and connections I was forming during my time abroad that I want to keep.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? It's a lot harder to make new friends, especially those who are home students at UCL, then I expected it to be. Since I was only there for 3 months, and most people already had friends/friend groups, I found that joining societies were the easiest way to make new friends.
