Mrs. Isabel really cared about us! We had such a good time at her house.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I had a minor surgery because some weird thing appeared in my mouth and the health department took care of everything.

* Safety:

I wish there were more policemen in Lomas de San Andres. We were kind of worry about our things because the last semester there was a robbery on the house we were living in.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? No

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

I didn't have to pay for food, the university took care of that.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? I spent my money traveling, 60-100$ per trip.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Don't take a taxi from the terminal to your house, they charge you way too much.
