Trinity College - Dublin: Dublin - Direct Enrollment & Exchange

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Traveling and living on my own were really educational experiences. Even though I didn't enjoy TCD as much, Dublin made it worthwhile.

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?
  • I liked the location and the people I met.
* What could be improved?
  • Integration with the host college was difficult and the administration was a bit confusing.
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I had known how slow the administration would be and how disconnected I would be from Trinity itself. I wish I had made more of an effort at the beginning of the semester to participate in societies on campus.

Reasons For Studying Abroad

The Avid Adventurer
The wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal.
