What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I had been studying music from Ghana for a few years in the U.S. and it was nice to experience the real deal. I thought it was a worthwhile personal experience but I do not predict much impact in my professional life.

You encouraged your friends join you, and often considered how you could reflect your international experiences in a resume.
